Penelope Coconut is a water unit introduced in Gacha World as part of the 7-star series.
Her special attack is "Chaos Dimension". Penelope energizes herself and uses her blade to call down a strike of chaos energy on all enemies, doing water damage and gaining an additional 6 stars for combat. Her leadership skill is "Chaos Craze" which increases the attack value of all units in the party by 25% and gives the player 7 combat stars at the start of the battle. She also appears in Gacha Club as a preset and battle unit.

Penelope Coconut's lore from Gacha World
Penelope is the sister of DeeA, who died in a freak accident. Not wanting to lose her, DeeA used her abilities to pull Penelope's soul out from the dying body into a humanoid doll, which her soul entered the doll, using it as a medium for her to remain "alive" in the physical plane. However this process is not without a price. Penelope's sanity was cut short, and her mind regressed back into a child, making DeeA the mature sister of the two.
Her childish mind gave her the twisted view in the world, having the freedom to do thins "out of fun", for what is deemed as fun to her. Due to the oblivious innocence, she felt it's okay if others were hurt by her actions, which were sometimes pranks. Although not obsessive and psychotic, Penelope is just oblivious and childish, which people mistake her craziness for a mental illness.
Brought together with DeeA into Creator Luni's world, the two were separated from a dimensional rift. Eventually finding someone, which is the Gacha Summoner who was fighting corruption, she decided to join him because it seemed fun to her to "play" with the Gacha Summoner on her side. Penelope is very unpredictable, to the point the Gacha Summoner could not even summon her easily, most likely due to her childishness and oblivious innocence.
