Moe is a 5-star water unit in Gacha League. Although she only appears unnamed on the official game's website, Moe was initially scheduled to be released to the game. However, due to the game's cancellation Moe never made it there, leaving her story, skills and stats unknown.
Moe was created and illustrated by Moemura. She also appears in Gacha Life as a non-player character, and in Gacha Club as a battle unit and a preset character.

Due to a full illustration of Moe being unavailable, it is very hard to guess what she is actually wearing.
Moe is a fair-skinned dog girl who has dark bobbed hair with an untrimmed fringe and blue eyes. Since she is of dog species, she also has dog ears with white fur inside of them. Moe is seen wearing a white shirt that is covered in cyan stripes underneath a dark jacket.
When awakened, Moe's look slightly changes. Her awakened form is seen wearing a type of jewellery similar to a ferronnière and a light blue capelet that is held back by a light pin. There is an ornament going around the cloth which is also accompanied by fur.
