Overview
Kakui is one of the 5 main antagonists in Gacha Resort. Like her compatriots, she is not native to the universe of Gacha Resort. She also appears in Gacha Club as a preset in Club Corruption.
Storyline & Lore
We meet her while searching for the missing Phantom in another dimension with Lunith. Kakui confronts us in a boss battle. Even defeated, she still manages to kick the party out of the dimension.
Later into the end of chapter 25-5, she reappears, disappointed that there are no cactui in the resort, saying "Whoever decorated this place should be fired".
Her only option is to corrupt the forests, which make her happier. In other information about her in the end of the update still unseen, she corrupted the entire place and turned it into a desert, but she knew the Gacha Summoner, Ellie, and Daisy Baka were on her tail.
Kakui created a trap, using the corrupted humans disguised as Daisy's friends. She made Daisy Baka yell at her, causing her to jump, but to the Summoner, she warned him that her thorns were getting thicker. She was defeated again, but too late for the heroes, for everything was corrupted. She then runs away to the base.
She told Coru that she corrupted the forests into her own desert. After the others were backed and being hunt down by the heroes, including defeated minions, Kakui was ready to battle, but was defeated the last time and saw Pina was too afraid to die. She cheered him up, and was spared by the Summoner and others. She seemed surprised that she never saw this coming.

Trivia
- She seems to care for Pina a lot more than Roger does, racing with Pina and being generally a nice person to him.
- Kakui appears to like planting cacti as well.
- Apparently, there was something mentioned that Kakui was supposed to appear into Gacha League. She was shown to be a potential event unit in Luni's Gachaverse demonstration video, where she was referred to as "Cactus Overlord". This was later indeed confirmed to be Kakui.
- It was also evident that in an artwork created by Purorange in 2018, Kakui's artwork is there, confirming that she was supposed to be a special Wind unit in Gacha League.
