Cindy is a Dark Unit who appears in Gacha World in the second area of Chibion. She also appears in Anime Gacha in the Creation of Gacha case, and in Gacha Club as a preset in Club Dark.
In Gacha World, after Naito helps her, she joins the search for Yume in Chibion, the dream kingdom. As one of Chibion's defenders, her title is "The Mage of Chibion".
Her special skill is "Dark Lightning". Cindy casts a spell and calls down purple lightning on a column of enemies, doing Dark damage. Her leadership skill is "Dark ATK Boost" which increases the attack value of all dark units in the party by 20%.
Cindy does not have any in-game lore page.
