Cherica and Lilith have outfit inspirations from different media characters

Cherica's outfit has three hints of inspiration from Bandu from D&B Golden Apple (Hat + Sweater), Fun Bot from Sprunki (Goggles on the hat + lower part of chestplate) and Juno from Omega Strikers (Chestplate + gloves + knee plates)

Lilith on the other hand is mostly inspired by, whhich is already obvious, Morrigan Aensland.

All three outfits are based off the Egghead outfits from One Piece! If you've been into the anime long before, I'm sure you already knew it from the title itself.
