Yeah, it's kind of weird that they put God/ Jesus into the meme section, but using the fact that he looked weird as an excuse other than making fun of is... Also not right, if you look too hard at it, yes, it does look weird, but I assumed it was them trying to make him look more dimanic, give his face a different angle...
I don't think either luni or the person who made this preset had any bad intent, but maybe not put it in the main section... I would say, move it to the celestial section, because that makes more sense.
