Rose is a relatively small woman, she has a pink eyes with pink sparkle pupils, pink long hair, bangs and light skin, she wears set of aesthetic clothes, consisting of a long-sleeved pink dress (with white accents and lines) that reaches her wrists and shins. She also wears pink with white lines tights and pink sneakers.

Rose is usually always in a pretty cool, caring and nervous and wants things to be perfect for her crush, but when describing how she wants her love's feelings to combine with her, she enters a excited state. This is explained as her being tsundere.
